Born and raised in Milan, her parents are from the South of Italy, an area where culinary traditions are a very important asset. She has been a banker for 15 years between Milan and Dublin until she moved to London with her family and finally decided to make her dream come true: devote her life to make people happy by delivering exceptional gourmet experiences, as her grandmother did.

Born and raised in Rome, Alessio has developed a great passion for cooking since he was a child. He worked for Italian restaurants for more than 20 years. He is able to create the most amazing menus, to make people taste Italian food and experience this incredible culture.

His passion? Pasta!
