Born and raised in Milan, her parents are from the South of Italy, an area where culinary traditions are a very important asset. She has been a banker for 15 years between Milan and Dublin until she moved to London with her family and finally decided to make her dream come true: devote her life to make people happy by delivering exceptional gourmet experiences, as her grandmother did.

Born and raised in Palermo, Vincenzo has developed a great passion for cooking since he was a child.  Before moving to the UK he owned and managed a top restaurant in Palermo, Italy, for 10 years.
