The secrets to LENTINI pizza's great taste, and easy digestibility are the slow rising of the dough (no less than 48 hours) and the careful selection of very good ingredients: the high-end flours, the mountain water, the organic tomatoes, the ocean salt - all from Italy!
At LENTINI, we don't add any preservatives - we only use the power of modern deep-freezing processes.
